There is always some friendly fun to get involved with or look forward to at Henderson House.

Every excuse to celebrate and create new memories is taken advantage of, from seasonal occasions such as Burns Night, Mother’s Day, Easter, Father’s Day, Halloween, St Andrew’s Day, Christmas to anniversaries and birthdays, and the home also enjoys visits from a wide range of guests and entertainers. Our door is always open to family and friends who wish to visit or would like to organise a meal together.

Our 60 en-suite bedrooms are all decorated the highest standard. We actively encourage residents to bring small items of furniture, ornaments and pictures to make their room truly feel like their own and provide a homely living environment.

Our full-time Activities Co-ordinator creates a constantly changing programme of things to do from Fruity Fridays, a delicious chippy tea or animal encounters, to bingo, quizzes, singing your heart out and even Tai Chi in the garden.
